This humble home had a complete transformation by demolishing the entire upper floor. This meant that the upper level piles were removed and the lower level block, foundations and steel frames were retained. The windows were all changed to double glazed aluminium joinery. A new bathroom and deck were also added to make the new space comfortable and clutter free.
